Non Material amendment application to planning application 21/02280/PACOU: The application is for a change of use from agricultural to indoor sport and recreation (Use Class E(d)). The applicant proposes to use one half of the existing barn - extending to 360m2 internally - as a padel tennis court for use as a private club. The padel court itself is 10m x 20m and would sit entirely within the existing structure, which is used for storage associated with the agricultural operation of the surrounding land and was in use as such at 3rd July 2012. The opposite half of the barn would remain in its current use and does not form part of this application. Amendment: Change of wording from "Use as a private club" to "public use"
