Description

Building works for our extension (previous planning approval granted) has just completed and we are now looking to replace the existing UPVC cladding on the front of our house (not part of the extension works. The current cladding is white and we are looking to replace it with the same type of cladding but the colour is steel grey. We are unsure of what level of planning approval this requires hence the application for lawful development. The cladding covers half of the front of the house from ground level to the roof.
