Non Material amendment application to planning application 18/02748/HOUSE : Single storey front and rear extensions. First floor roof extension to create habitable accommodation. Amendment: We are looking to replace the original timber cladding with a more fire resistant product with a different colour. We intend to use James Hardie cement board to replace the planned timber facade. This will be the Cedar finish which is a timber look product that overlaps and sits exactly as timber would look. Presumed colour will be Taupe but certainly a light coloured product to compliment the render on the lower part of the building.
