Structural Engineer report by David Evans of Clive Hudson Associates August 2023 recommended removal of 2 crab apple trees abutting garden wall between Vine and Snowdrop cottages, due to possibility of structural damage to said wall and proximity to housing. Both trees are in poor condition having not been looked after by previous owners, one is infested with honey fungus, the other is dying from the top down.
