Description

Electricity Act 1989: Section 37 Consent under the Electricity Act 1989 by falling within The Overhead Lines (Exemption) (England and Wales) Regulations 2009: Regulation 3(f). The proposal is to dismantle circa 750m of existing overhead line and replace this with 820m of below ground cable on land at Beedon, Berkshire, RG20 8SN. Alongside these works, SEPD intend to replace the following poles P30, P25, P19, and P15 along a section of overhead line to be retained and install new stay wires.
