Regulation 3: This is a pump track within Goldwell Park, constructed 20 years ago, a dirt track with ramps and berms for use by the local community. This track had since fallen into disrepair and required replacement, the new track is within the boundary of the existing track location, but to meet modern standards and needs of the end users.
