Description

Installation of an air-to-air heat pump (aka air conditioner) consisting of 2 floor mounted console indoor units (Daikin FVXM25A9 and FVXM35A9), connected to 1 outdoor unit (Daikin 3MXM52N). The outdoor unit is 734mm high, 958mm wide, and 340mm deep, and would be situated on the floor of a lightwell patio, on the east side of the building, below ground level and away from habitable rooms. The outdoor unit would stand on the existing paving of the patio so no need to construct any new hard standing. Associated pipework and cable would run along the kitchen wall for approximately 1m and can be hidden with ivory trunking.
