Description

Regulation 5 - Notification under the Electronic Communications Code (Conditions and Restrictions) Regulations 2003 (As Amended) to utilise permitted development rights as defined in Part 16 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
