Application for a Non-Material Amendment Following a Grant of Planning Permission 21/01213/HOUSE - Proposed extensions to rear and side elevations and new first floor accomodation, plus new porch. Amendments: Please can we change the type and colour of the roof tiles being used. The plans submitted in the application stated 'provide roof tiles to match existing'. All the existing tiles will be replaced with new. The existing tiles are Grey Marley Mendip 12.5 Degree Interlocking Concrete Roof Tile, we would like to amend this to more traditional replica clay roof tiles - Terreal Rully Old Burgundy. These tiles are smaller, more aesthetically aligned with the existing Clay tiled roofing used throughout the vast majority of the village.
