Application for a Non-Material Amendment Following a Grant of Planning Permission 17/01096/OUTMAJ - Hybrid application seeking: 1) Full planning permission for the change of use of land to public open space and wildlife area. 2) Outline planning permission for 157 dwellings with related roads, parking areas, footpaths and landscaping. Matters to be considered: Access and Layout. Amendments: Optimisation of flat block resulting in a nominally reduced building footprint. The optimisation includes: apartment layouts have all been reconfigured and changed in size; internal staircases and lobby sizes reduced in size within flat block at ground, first and second floor level; flat block refuse storage at ground floor level split in to two areas (rather than being contained in one area as approved); plant / store at ground and first floor level removed and riser cupboards relocated. Plot 57 - To be moved 2m to the west and associated re-alignment of rear garden boundary between Plots 57 and 58. Plot 58 - Addition of one car parking space; set back of side garage. Approved pumping station on eastern boundary removed and replaced with landscaping. Associated re-alignment of shared surface serving Plots 5-9. Division of the rear amenity space serving Plots 61-80 to ensure each block of four maisonettes features their own communal rear amenity space and associated cycle storage. Amendments to the parking for Plot 18 to accommodate the right hand visibility splay from adjacent cul-de-sac. 2m wide footway to be shown on the northern side of the link road through the eastern parcel. Road position is to remain as per the approved layout with the footway being accommodated within the POS. 2m footway to be shown around the 3 no. visitor spaces to the left as you enter the development from Haysoms Drive. Speed control humps to be shown on the eastern parcel east-west link and western parcel north-south link and see Table of Proposed Changes
