Application for a Non-Material Amendment Following a Grant of Planning Permission 20/02546/RESMAJ - Approval of Reserved Matters following Approved Outline Permission 17/01096/OUTMAJ. Matters seeking consent: Appearance, Landscaping and Scale. Amendments: Providing separate entrances for each maisonette and removing the communal areas resulting in reduced maintenance charges for the units (Plots 61-80). Revised footpath access. Change 3 x 1bed social rented flats to become 2bed social rented flats (Plots 116; 122; and 128). Change the tenure of the nine Shared Ownership 2bed flats in the block to Social Rent (resulting in all the flats in the block off that core becoming Social Rent) - Plots 119; 120; 121; 125; 126; 127; 131; 132; and 133. Additional projecting balconies provided to the first floor and second floor front and rear elevations of the flat block. Removal of structural shading from building. Lift shafts have been removed from elevations. Full height curtain walling has been removed and replaced with brickwork.
