Notification under the Electronic Communications Code Regulations 2003 (as amended) to utilise permitted development rights as identified in Part 16 of the Town and Country Planning England (General Permitted Development). Proposed upgrade to the existing telecommunications equipment. Existing 3 no. antennas to be removed and replaced with 3 no. antennas, 1 no. cabin to be refreshed internally. The proposed installation of 3 no MHAs, 1 no. GPS module to be mounted on existing gantry pole and associated ancillary works.
