Description

Changes to front garden and driveway: - Replace soak-away under front garden and trenches from downpipes from the front of the house. - Widen driveway to 6m - Replace the wooden side gate. - Widen path along the front of the house to 1.8m. - Retain path at the centre and east of the garden. - Pave the driveway and paths above with Marshall's Savannah Traditional block pathing. - Replace the retaining walls between front of garden and pavement with similar brick wall. - Create a new brick retaining wall between the garden and new driveway. - Create a new wall between flowerbed and lawn. - Remove the Indian Bean Tree - Remove the Japanese Maple.
