To reduce the hornbeam by 40%. The hornbeam is situated to the side rear of the property on the boundary with the WHC Allotments. The tree is approx 15m in height with approx 9m crown spread. The tree has been maintained as a high pollard. Proposed works will reduce the crown back to previous reduction points to continue maintenance. This was last done in 2014.
