Removal of fir tree. Removal of cherry tree as sits just before the boundary line and based on the proposed fencing alignment, it will be directly in the building works way. Removal of two small trees. Field elm - Boundary line obstruction for fence. Lilac tree - Removal for new lawn. To keep as much of the councils bushes that sit on the boundary line as possible. However, these bushes are 95% Ivy (See photos). The Ivy is attacking the bushes and trees within this area. Ideally, this area needs a replanting
