TPO 806 (2018) T2 Tree 48 on the Terrain Survey plan. AAA tree report dated 10th June 2024, which states that the cedar tree Tree 1 in the report is dying and requires total removal. The cedar tree is in close proximity to several properties which could become endangered due to branch fall or total collapse. The residents pass close to the cedar tree to access the parking area which is situated at the north end of the site. There is a high risk to health and safety. We would want to replace the tree with a similar species for future residents
