North Northamptonshire Council Arboriculture Team require permission for:a) The annual removal of epicormic growth from the Lime (Tilia) trees on London Road that are subject to a TPO. This is to ensure that the highway/footpath remains unobstructed and enables the base of the trees to be seen properly during cyclical inspections.b) The periodic removal of deadwood only, to enable us to meet our 'duty of care' to the public.
