Listed Building Consent requested for the removal and replacement of the existing slate roof coverings to the main part of the building. The removal of the lime mortar flaunchings running between the slate roof and the abutment to the upstand verge detail on the main part of the roof. A replacement of this existing detail with a Code 5 lead flaunch (to match the detail of the flaunching to the dormer window cheeks and chimney stacks).
