Listed Building Consent for the following works; remove damaged stones to window area, replace/refix with traditional lime mortar - take mortar sample to help match as closely as possible, remove window, source and supply new window from same supplier to match existing specification, remove internal seat section to bay and set aside for later reuse, remove the internal stone and set aside for later reuse, rebuild internal as required with traditional lime mortar, install new window matching existing specifications, rake out and apply lime render as required to plinth, apply black breathable paint to plinth matching existing colour, apply black breathable paint cill matching existing colour, reinstall internal seat, remove damaged Laura Ashley Whinfell Wallpaper, remove Artex board, apply new Artex board matching existing with a smooth finish, hang new Laura Ashley Whinfell Wallpaper to the external facing wall only (feature wall), apply two coats of emulsion paint to ceiling.
