Non-material amendment to condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission reference NW/22/00758/FUL as the approved eaves height was 2.1 metres, this has been slightly increased to 2.45 metres during construction. The approved ridge height of the extension was approved at 2.75 metres, this has been slightly increased to 3 metres during construction. The original drawings indicated there would only be one step up to the front door, this has had to be amended to 2 steps to comply with building regulations. The original Planning Statement noted that there would be a one brick gap between the extension and the neighbouring property. This was refused at building regulations stage due to maintenance concerns. The gap has therefore been removed at construction phase. A step has been added on the driveway to comply with building regulations access requirements.
