Non-material amendment to condition 1 (approved plans) of reserved matters permission reference NW/21/01053/REM which include: relocation of ring main units and gas governors to all units to ensure that these sit outside of the gas main and high-pressure water main easements; relocation of bin store to Unit DC163 to a location outside of the easements and consequential changes to car parking layout; relocation of cycle shelter to Unit DC24 to a location outside of the easements; and resulting changes to landscaping scheme, these changes are due to a request from the utility providers to relocate such supporting infrastructure
