APPLICATION FOR A NON-MATERIAL AMENDMENT TO WD/2022/2686/F (SINGLE STOREY EXTENSIONS TO FRONT TO PROVIDE PORCH AREA AND NEW DINNING ROOM TO REPLACE OLD SUMMERHOUSE EXTENSION, EXTENSION TO BASEMENT, NEW GROUND AND FIRST FLOOR EXTENSION TO THE REAR AND PROPOSED GARAGE REPLACEMENT). THE DEVELOPMENT HAS STARTED WITH TOTAL WINDOW REPLACEMENT HOWEVER WHEN REMOVING THE 2 WINDOWS TO THE SOUTHEAST ELEVATIONS AN ISSUE AROSE AND THE 2 WINDOWS WERE BETTER TO BE REPLACED BY ONE CENTRAL WINDOW AS YOU CAN SEE ON THE AMENDED ELEVATIONS. ALSO WE LOOK TO MAKE AMENDMENTS TO THE INTERNAL LAYOUTS OF THE GROUND FLOOR EXTENSION WHICH INCLUDES A NEW WINDOW WITHIN THE CLOAKROOM AREA.
