APPLICATION FOR A NON-MATERIAL AMENDMENT TO WD/2022/1080/MAJ WE WISH TO ALTER THE WORDING OF CONDITION 2 TO ENABLE THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN. THE ORIGINAL WORDING ASSUMES THE PLANNING STAGE WSI COULD BE USED, BUT IT TRANSPIRES THAT DUE TO A CHANGE IN CONTRACTOR THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE. THE ORIGINAL CONDITION WORDING IS BELOW, FOLLOWED BY THE REQUESTED RE-WORDING. CONDITION 2 AS PER THE APPROVED APPLICATION. PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT, A PROGRAMME OF ARCHAEOLOGICAL WORKS SHALL BE UNDERTAKEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL WRITTEN SCHEME OF INVESTIGATION CBAS1244 RECEIVED BY THE LOCAL PLANING AUTHORITY ON 30 AUGUST 2022. NO PART OF THE DEVELOPMENT HEREBY PERMITTED SHALL BE BROUGHT INTO USE UNTIL THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE INVESTIGATION AND POST - INVESTIGATION ASSESSMENT (INCLUDING PROVISION FOR ANALYSIS, PUBLICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF RESULTS AND ARCHIVE DEPOSITION) HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE LOCAL PLANNING AUTHORITY. THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE INVESTIGATION AND POST - INVESTIGATION ASSESSMENT WILL BE UNDERTAKEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROGRAMME SET OUT IN THE WRITTEN SCHEME OF INVESTIGATION AR01 CONDITION 2 ADJUSTED FOR APPROVAL. PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT, A PROGRAMME OF ARCHAEOLOGICAL WORKS SHALL BE UNDERTAKEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARCHAEOLOGICAL WRITTEN SCHEME OF INVESTIGATION - XXX - ; AS APPROVED BY EAST SUSSEX COUNTY COUNCIL ARCHAEOLOGICAL OFFICER. NO PART OF THE DEVELOPMENT HEREBY PERMITTED SHALL BE BROUGHT INTO USE UNTIL THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE INVESTIGATION AND POST - INVESTIGATION ASSESSMENT (INCLUDING PROVISION FOR ANALYSIS, PUBLICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF RESULTS AND ARCHIVE DEPOSITION) HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE LOCAL PLANNING AUTHORITY.
