Application under section 106 of the town & country planning act to modify the legal agreement relating to wa/2018/1815 to allow a change to the definition of "shared ownership units" and "protected tenant" registered providers and their mortgagee to be excluded from some obligations an amendment to the mortgagee in possession clause so that it is acceptable for charging purposes and for plots 170 173 174 and 175 to be affordable rent not shared ownership.
