Description

Amendment to wa/2025/00967 complete removal of the chimney stack above the roofline resulting in an unbroken ridge line. Past intention was to install a wood-burning stove with a flue running up through the chimney. Intending to install a gas stove. It will use a balanced flue which will exit through the wall. Thus a chimney no longer serves any practical purpose.
