Description

Amendment to wa/2022/03161 roof structure to create mansard roof bringing the overall ridge height down. The current roof design was not practically possible to construct without the use of cranked steel frames which would be too heavy a weight on the property. The amendment to a mansard roof creates the same internal floor space but has the added benefit of bringing the ridge height down lower and can be constructed using a timber frame which is much lighter.
