Description

Amendment to wa/2023/01875 to change roof from hip to gable on all 3 aspects of plan to improve usability of space through head height & to allow for means of escape through windows allowing us to apply with regulations. Window opening sizes will not be increased but will allow for front window to move up by 100mm. There will be no increase to internal floor space but to additional head height in currently restricted dormer.
