Amendment to wa/2023/02492 -the existing front elevation is brick and hanging tile. The amendment is to have a brick finish only on extension. Removing the previously proposed hanging tiles and replacing with brick work to match the existing building will result in a cleaner design aesthetic and will allow the house to read as existing and a sympathetic extension that benefits the main building in a positive manor.
