Description
Wa/2022/01901 the original plans showed a conventional flat roof to the rear extension with a standard fascia. The builders erected a parapet wall with stone copings around the extension. It is considered the parapet wall is more aesthetically pleasing and it lessens the amount of plastic fascia being used to reduce environmental impact.
