Amendment to wa/2022/00182 to alter the design of the roof of the rear extension from a mono and dual pitched roof design to a flat green sedum covered roof. The flat roof design will be easier to construct and the materials utilised will have a lower level of embodied carbon and a higher biodiversity value than roof tiles.
