Listed building consent for: 1. Design updates as instructed by the client per the value engineering process. 2. New rooflights and roof lanterns to be provided owing to the poor structural integrity of the existing rooflights and its potential inability to receive the additional weight of double-glazed panes that would be required to improve thermal conditions in the building as part of the wider decarbonisation strategy.
