Description

Lawful development certificate for the removal and replacement of existing B1 timber cladding with A2 fibre cement boards of the same appearance at the penthouse level (6th floor) only. The existing timber cladding on the podium terrace and east facing stair core to remain as existing. Areas of render to receive new overcoat to match existing and some areas of masonry cladding to be removed and reinstated using salvaged materials or identical new bricks. All proposed works to coincide with the installation/replacement of existing cavity barriers within the external walls at party wall lines and compartment floors.
