Description

The Beech tree is located at the back of the garden for 71 Ridge Lane, however the owner has confirmed he cannot access that far back in his gardens. The direct impact is on house located on The Ridgeway and Orchard Drive (see Map). The tree has not leafed for 2 years and the owners on Orchard Drive have already contacted the landowner to advise him the Beech tree has blackened on the side facing their home. On 28/07/24 at approximately 8pm two large branches fell from the tree into the gardens on The Ridgeway, exactly where the families sit in the garden, potentially causing a risk to the families living there, including children.
