Description

Erection of a single-storey modular Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) building to provide additional teaching spaces and associated facilities, including ancillary site works. The proposal includes a mono-pitched roof design, external landscaping, and planting to meet Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) requirements. Access to the building will be integrated with the existing school site, with no change of use proposed.
