Description

Variation of conditions 11 (revised restoration scheme) and 13 (variation to end date for extraction and restoration) of planning permission SDC/10CM016 for an extension of time to complete extraction of limestone and clay, screening and storage of material for offsite transportation to rugby cement works, use of existing haul road from extension area to processing area, processing and removal of plant, machinery and buildings; use of existing haul road from extension area to processing area together with minor amendments to the restoration scheme and submission of the aftercare scheme.
