Plans and Specifications submission under Schedule 17 to the High Speed Rail (London ? West Midlands) Act 2017 for works comprising:Structures (culvert wingwalls associated with Ash Beds watercourse realignment with safety guard rails, mammal shelf and scour protection);Four road vehicle parks;Earthworks (to establish a false cutting, an embankment, a realignment of Ash Beds watercourse, an auto-transformer station platform, two electricity pylon platforms, vehicular maintenance accesses, maintenance staircases, a balancing pond, a land drainage ditch, and drainage headwalls);Pedestrian accesses to railway lines (maintenance only); andFences / Walls (boundary and security fencing, ecological bat fencing and vehicle restraint systems).
