The retention and alteration of the existing lower level and ground floor level parking areas of the multi-storey structure at Covent Garden Multi Storey Car Park, Russell Street, Leamington Spa The footbridge itself adjoins to the rear of a property (no. 20) which fronts onto The Parade. This application focuses on the making good of the rear of no 20 The Parade once the pedestrian footbridge is removed.
