Description

Works to improve the performance of the existing dormer roof windows to the front elevation of 27-33 Lansdowne Crescent, the installation of new windows to the dormer roof. The dormer window replacements is due to the fact that there is clear deterioration of the current timber windows that it is leaving properties open to the elements causing damp, mould and water ingress. These windows have completely rotted away in away in some areas and need replacement as they are beyond repair in some instances.
