West Midlands) Act 2017 for works comprising:- Earthworks to form Glasshouse Wood Embankment and a balancing pond as well as earthworks to facilitate a maintenance access track (MAT), two maintenance access strips (MAS), land and highways drainage ditches, drainage headwalls and a platform for a GlobalSystem for Mobile Communications-Railway (GSM-R) compound;- A road vehicle park;- A concrete noise barrier;- Access stairs; and- Security and boundary fencing as well as gates.
