Description

Variation of condition 1 (plans) of planning permission W/24/0963 [which is in itself a variation of the earlier reserved matters approvals under W/21/1280 and W/24/0367 and which forms the 'latest' reserved matters approval for the site], to allow the substitution of three drawings illustrating the surfaces, boundary treatments and furniture within the Crest Nicholson (only) phases 2 and 3. The proposed variation seeks the removal of the block paving across the scheme to be consistent with the approved phase 1. No other changes to design, layout etc are proposed by this variation.
