Plans and Specifications submission under Schedule 17 to the High Speed Rail (London ? West Midlands) Act 2017 for works comprising:? New overbridge structure, (Leicester Lane Overbridge) carrying the realigned A445 Leicester Lane over Furzen Hill Cutting;? Earthworks to form approach embankments for the realignment of the existing A445 Leicester Lane, vehicle accesses and road vehicle parks, derailment bunds, drainage ditches and a balancing pond;? Culvert headwalls and wingwalls for existing watercourse diversions and drainage; and pipe wingwalls and headwalls to act as a mammal passage with provision of galvanised steel safety guard rails on culvert wingwalls and headwalls greater than 1.2m in height; and? Installation of a vehicle restraint system (VRS) located on both sides of the carriageway on the approach embankments on both sides of the overbridge.
