Removal of twentieth century window and replacement with reclaimed single glazed timber sash window, reinstating aperture and lintel to historic proportions with appropriate detailing. Installation of a cast iron rain hopper and downpipe in new location on rear wing. Internally, works are to be made good, following installation, with plaster painted to match.
