Description

Restoration and repair work to internal back rooms, removing gypsum plaster and replacement with insulating lime plaster. Repair lime plaster where needed with like-for-like materials, retaining as much historic fabric as possible. To back room, red quarry tiles currently laid on soil to be lifted, subfloor dug out and limecrete floor laid, with tiles to be reinstated on top. Lime render to be applied to stonework to front elevation, in place of removed cement render which was trapping moisture, providing breathable protection from water ingress.
