Description

Formation of a second-floor front extension to create a gable end roof feature that will replace the existing flat roof dormer. Replace the existing plain glazed over panel to the existing front door with a stained glass overpanel. Alterations to the front garden wall and side return and the installation of a new wrought iron black finished metal gate. Conversion of the lower basement to an open plan gymnasium space with some storage space to also include alterations to existing rear door into a side opening window and lowering of the existing floor level. Replacement of existing second floor dormer with a larger flat roof dormer to rear elevation and the installation of a conservation rooflight to the rear above the existing staircase.
