Plans and Specifications submission under Schedule 17 to the High Speed Rail (London ? West Midlands) Act 2017 for works comprising:Engineering earthworks on both sides of the tracks to form a railway cutting (Stonehouse Cutting);Landscape earthworks to form a series of landscape bunds alongside the railway cutting;Minor eathworks to form land 3 m wide maintenance access strips adjacent to the land drainage ditches;Minor earthwortks to form land drainage ditches;Vehicle Restraint System (VRS) along sections of the maintenance access strip;A total of seven access stairs to provide access fir maintenance of drainage system, noise barriers and the rail tracks; and Noise barriers located west of the tracks on a section of the length of the cutting.
