Description

Replace existing cast iron guttering and downpipes with larger capacity heritage aluminium guttering (including eaves protection) and downpipes and add in eaves protection. Close off the return between the brickwork and rafters with marine ply fitted with mesh venting and finished in matt black. Replace internal doors. Overlay the first floor floorboards with an engineered wood floor. Replace existing ground floor coverings with a porcelain tile throughout the entire ground floor. Install kitchen in place of existing sitting room. Create a doorway from the sitting room (proposed kitchen) to enable access to garage 1. Remove brick fire surround. Remove existing kitchen, including brick oven range cooker surround. Replace staircase, in new orientation. Replace the cement based mortar with lime pointing.
