Proposed replacement of s52 legal agreement relating to application 88/22513 for provision of additional ash disposal arrangements comprising the deposition and excavation of ash and the raising in height of existing lagoons at Fiddlers Ferry Power Station with a S106 agreement relating to the management of land to the south of the Sankey canal (known as the Fiddlers Ferry L agoon Area ) during ongoing ash excavation and to facilitate full restoration of the lagoon area by 2050.
