Description

To carryout works to Nos 27 and 29 to facilitate their conversion to form 10 residential apartments for occupation by young people as 'trainer flats' together with an ancillary management office with a teaching room and overnight accommodation for use by staff; To erect a new two-storey rear extension following demolition and removal of the existing rear addition; To raise the height and introduce a new roof above the existing 2-storey projection to the rear of No 27; To provide storage for cycles and bins; and To erect a low level boundary wall.
