Reduce tree by 20%, leaving the tree 19 metres in height, clear the base to assess and lift 4 metre Holm Oak by 2 metres as low hanging branches. Plane has become overgrown and causing a lot of fallen debris. Blocking natural sunlight situated in the grass area in the car park.
