T7777. Lime tree (situated by 27 Prince of Wales Drive by the entrance ): Approximately 13 metres in height. Remove basal growth to inspect the base of the tree. Re pollard tree back to previous points. T7778. Sycamore tree (situated by the entrance along Rosenau Road): Approximately 16 metres in height. 12 metres in width. Full inspection is not possible as Ivy clad. Cut back from building by 2 metres, leaving the tree 10 metre. T7882. Tree & T7783. Tree (situated in the rear communal garden): Fell. T7800. Lime tree (situated along Albert Bridge Road): 14 metres in height. Reduce by 3 metres, leaving the tree 11 metres in height. Trees have become very overgrown and blocking sunlight. deadwood with aim of phased removal. 50% dysfunctional bark at the base, reduced vigour.
